Mike Aguirre, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Assistant Counsel to the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Investigations, has investigated and prosecuted criminals and wrongdoers for over 27 years.

Mike Aguirre has won acclaim for his role in the U. S. Department of Justice investigation into pension racketeering, saving San Diegan's nearly $27 million.

Mike Aguirre, a nationally recognized attorney, has recovered millions of dollars for San Diegans by uncovering fraud and abuse at the highest levels of corporate America.

Mike Aguirre, a native San Diegan, will fight to insure the District Attorney's office takes the lead in fighting crime of all types including: domestic violence, environmental protection, consumer fraud, and energy price manipulation by electric utilities.
